    Step 1

    将马蹄去皮切粒、拌入红色素待上色。Peel and dice water chestnut, mix with red coloring.

    Step 2

    煮滚半锅清水,将红色马蹄扑上干薯粉,筛掉多余的粉,放入沸水中煮至沸起,捞起泡冷水,滤干待用。Bring 1⁄2 pot of water to boil, coat coloured water chestnut with dry corn flour, sieve off excessive flour. Boil chestnut till afloat, dish out and soak in cold water, drain.

    Step 3

    将红色燕菜切碎;蜜瓜切粒;菠萝蜜切丝。Chop pre-cooked red agar-aggar coarsely; dice honey dew melon; jullience the jet fruit.

    Step 4

    将所有材料一一排在冰沙上,淋上椰浆和糖浆,即可食用。 Place all ingredients on top of blended ice, sprinkle with fresh coconut milk and syrup to taste, serve immediately.
